The Shura East Hotel 2 (HE2) on Shura Island, developed by Red Sea Global (RSG) / The Red Sea Real Estate Co. Ltd I, is a landmark hospitality project under the Red Sea Edition. The scope of works—Specialist Cladding (GRC Works), External Render, EIFS systems, and related waterproofing—was executed by Station Group as the appointed contractor.
With 240 keys and a total built-up area of 24,500 sqm, the hotel is designed to achieve LEED Platinum certification, reflecting world-class sustainability and environmental responsibility. The works encompass advanced façade engineering and performance-driven enclosure solutions, ensuring durability and architectural distinction.
The property features a wide range of luxury amenities including guest rooms, arrival hub, all-day dining and banquet facilities, spa and fitness center, specialty bar and restaurant, presidential suite, main pool, family pool, children’s recreation areas, tennis center, beach bar, pool grille bar, ancillary functions, MEP substation, golf course, and Westland bungalows.
Scheduled for completion between 2023–2025, the project demonstrates Red Sea Global’s commitment to combining architectural innovation, sustainable practices, and luxury hospitality within the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 framework.
