These precision-engineered elements are produced using advanced CNC machining based on the submitted design. The overall dimensions of the GRP element are 400 x 310 cm, with a weight of 600 kg. The element features a double-faced smooth finish crafted from structural glass fiber reinforced unsaturated ISO resin, providing exceptional strength, high modulus of rupture, and stiffness.
The design includes a unique mechanism where the bell is divided into 4 segments, with a pressure steel plate at the peak of the cylinder to securely hold the segments together during the erection stage. This tested mechanism ensures maximum protection and stability for this extended element, making it an ideal choice for architectural applications.
