Project Overview

Operating as a specialized subcontractor under Abyatona Development Contracting Company, Station Group is currently executing the substructure waterproofing for the Oxagon Site-Wide Infrastructure project in NEOM. Spanning the 2024–2026 period, our technical scope involves the implementation of a high-performance Bituminous Membrane Underground System.

This system is specifically designed to provide a resilient, impermeable barrier against the aggressive soil conditions and hydrostatic pressures of this landmark industrial hub. By delivering these critical protection works, we are ensuring the long-term structural integrity and durability of the essential infrastructure foundations that form the backbone of NEOM’s global logistical gateway.
