As a specialized subcontractor under the Hassan Allam – El Seif Joint Venture, Station Group is playing a vital role in the development of the Oxagon Port T1 in NEOM. This collaboration highlights our ability to integrate seamlessly into large-scale international joint ventures, providing the technical expertise required for one of the world’s most advanced industrial and logistics ecosystems.

Our specialized scope involves the delivery of critical substructure waterproofing and high-end roofing solutions designed for long-term durability. We are deploying a Bituminous Membrane Cold-Applied Self-Adhesive system to create a high-performance underground barrier against moisture and soil chemicals.
